Well I get away happily with cord jeans and a shirt, but here's it's more casual with a hint of smart if you feel like it. Trousers that aren't jeans, or a skirt, and a top that isn't a tshirt will normally be cool. I would say one of your lovely dresses, but it's winter so that would be silly. And a good jumper will hide a multitude of sinful tops ;).
So perhaps something that shows a hint of your wonderful bosom, and some black trousers that aren't denim?
